***Coach candidates must bring their own players to participate in the coach evaluation and submit electronic copies of:

1)  Training plan (no goal keeper sessions)
2) Proof of completion of a) Safe Haven, b) CDC, c) Online prerequisite certificate of completion for Intermediate Coach, d) Laws of the Game
